Noise supression system for hearing aids and mobile phones

Product description The T2R develops noise reduction algorithm and IP Cores for speech signals as used in hearing aids, cochlear implants and mobile communication. The T2R systems are superior over the state-of-the-art in terms of energy consumption, speech quality and latency. In May 2022 T2R plans to sign a contract with the MED-EL company for a shipment of the noise reduction systems in form of a firmware for a global sale. The T2R products are based on statistical estimation, clustering and deep neural networks with novel architecture, and so-called sparse speech signal models. The systems are of very low memory footprint and low computational effort due to groundbreaking, patented estimation algorithms. The T2R achievements are: - granted patent for a noise reduction system for speech from EPO and US PTO, - 1.4 mln EUR subvention from the Polish Government's National Center for Research and Development, - relations with the second-largest player in the cochlear implants market, the Austrian MED-EL company, which resulted in a grant for R&D in an amount of 120 000 EUR.
